Please refrain from cleaning up before we meet. It is important to see the home in its natural state. This helps me understand the hurdles that are currently being experienced.

Rest assured, you will have the final say in regards to purging belongings. A system is taught, for sorting possessions, that allows for personal control of the process. My role is to support your journey.

Respecting clients privacy is of the utmost importance! What is revealed in this process is kept completely confidential. Before and after pictures are taken of the areas being organized, as recognition of YOUR hard work. These pictures are not shared without permission.

Using the client’s time, productively, during sessions, is a top priority. Mutual expectations are that we have each other’s undivided attention, while we are working together. Please make prior arrangements for any distractions, such as family members, coworkers, pets or phone calls, that might cause us to be less productive.
